Women's forum for entrepreneurs gathered a full house in the southern capital
A packed hall of female entrepreneurs gathered in a hotel in Osh for the Accelerate Prosperity (AP) forum. Experienced businesswomen from different spheres, shared their stories of success, ups and downs, spoke to the women. Presenters included Ainura Sagynbaeva, founder of a plastic surgery clinic and producer of a cosmetics brand; Kunduz Asanalieva, founder of Lucky Socks; Diana Orozbaeva, founder and director of Cleaner. kg, Kanyshay Askerova - founder of Konti Pastry and Yogumi franchise, Zamira Moldosheva - stylist, designer, General Director of Mon & Zam and Darika Ibraimova - founder and General Director of Asylbashev Creative event company and honored cultural worker of the Kyrgyz Republic. In addition, Nuraym Ryskulova, Communications Manager at AP, shared insights into building personal and corporate branding.
The program also included short presentations from the participants of the Women's Cup incubation. All 27 incubation women entrepreneurs presented a brief description of their businesses to the audience, then several of them were selected for a personal mentoring session with the speakers.
"This forum is designed to support women in business and it is encouraging to see that we had a full house today from start to finish of the event. Participants had the opportunity to get useful first hand information on how to avoid mistakes in business. This is very valuable for every businesswoman," - said Aizhan Alisherova-Duimaz, manager of acceleration and incubation programs at AP.
The "Women CUP: Mykty Business Ayimdar" forum is dedicated to encouraging women entrepreneurs, inspiring them to start their own businesses and developing their business skills. Speakers and experts in their fields tell participants about their path to success, difficulties they encounter on their way to reach their goals, and effective ways to overcome them.
The forum was part of the Women CUP incubation, co-funded by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Aga Khan Foundation through the "Local Transformation" project. The project aims to promote inclusive economic growth, build local capacity to address development needs, and foster social cohesion for stability and prosperity in the region.
